Hosted by current (at the time) Press Secretary to the President, Ron Nessen, episode 17 of the first season of "Saturday Night" is full of historic moments in SNL history. This episode is the first to be hosted by a political figure and there are a lot of fun stories of behind-the-scenes deals that were made to get this episode on air, including getting President Gerald Ford to show up on some pre-taped segments!
