Karly is a Florida employment lawyer and founder of The Wannos Law Firm in Palm Beach Gardens, FL where she helps business and HR professionals engage in preventative steps to navigate tricky issues with employees and help companies comply with the employment laws in order to avoid wrongful termination lawsuits.
Karly has practiced employment law for over 16 years, including her work in a large litigation practice representing employers at the EEOC, state and federal court levels. Because of her litigation background, Karly provides many employment law trainings and on-demand employment law courses to business and management teams. Karly is also the host of The Employment Experience Podcast, where she shares her insights and interviews guests on leadership, management and all things employment law and HR. Karly is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator for employment law cases, and conducts workplace investigations into claims of harassment, discrimination and retaliation in the workplace.
