We give some examples of habits we've incorporated (or are working on integrating) that have made a huge difference in balancing our hormones and helped us live our higher life. some of these may not be the most glamorous “pour yourself a frankincense bath with the petals of a thousand roses and a bottle of champagne” type of habits, but they are the kinds of habits that over time produce you results you could never buy with money. that's why it's good to romanticize and glamorize the mundane but highly necessary habits that'll actually get you to your goals.
