Do you often wake up, hit the snooze button and wish you could stay in bed for just 10 or 15 minutes more? You drag yourself out of bed and rush to get ready for work. You run out the door and barely make it to work on time. When you get to work, you don't have a moment to catch your breath because as soon as you get there, the work begins. You're exhausted and feel behind and the day is just getting started. This is definitely NOT a good way to start your day.  What we don't realize is how we start our day impacts how the rest of our day will be. It also impacts how we interact and relate to others. If we want it to be a good morning, a good day, we have to make it that way. You have to get control of your morning.
