Building LeadersRick Sneade builds leaders. Head football coach at Calvert High School, Rick uses football to enhance the lives of the young people he lives with. He teaches and achieves excellence, not only on the field, but more importantly, in life. He believes that everyone is a leader and shows them a better way.
