Every generation of teenagers faces its challenges. For parents, this can be some of the darkest and worrisome moments. You worry about the choices they make and what they do when they're not with you. You wonder if they're telling the truth and if they're holding something back from you. Most of your time is spent working and worrying.  Trying to have a conversation can be like hitting your head against a brick wall. With all of the "parenting" taking place, somewhere along the way, you forgot about taking care of YOU. Taking care of you mentally, physically and emotionally. Through all of this, how can you be a good parent and still stay sane? Society says, your only focus should be on your kids, then you get to have a life again. Well, maybe this isn't exactly true. Can you be a good parent, that communicates with their kids, and have a life of your own? This weeks guest will help us find answers to this age-old question.Empowerment Coach and a mom of a teenager, Monica Werczberger is the founder of Empowering Coaching and Parents of Teens Talk.  She specializes in building communication between parents and teenagers so they can overcome conflict and achieve lifelong, peaceful and trusting relationships with ease. Join us as we talk about "good parenting", communicating with our kids and whether we can be parents and have a life of our own.  What do you think?
