Join Dr. Laura Smallwood as we further explore mindfulness of the body, including techniques we can useĀ  to improve body awareness. Improving body awareness helps us to become more present, focused, and connected with the external world. Additionally, improved body awareness can help improve overall health, detect early disease and reduce the chance of injuries.
