It’s so easy to be our own worse critic, and I understand that when I use the term self love, some of you might think ick! I can’t do that! We are happy to share the love our, but to give ourselves love and kindness can seem so alien. I’m not sure how this ended up being the norm, but for many it is.

Having body confidence is a great key to happiness.

Well I am here to change that. I hope that by listening to this episode of Sensual Being that you can use these 3 fairly simple steps, to guide you to a place of self love.

Even if you managed to feel the love come through during this episode, please note this is something that may come and go, you are human after all.
