Have  you ever wondered what you would do without your television? Do you think you could go 2 weeks without TV? How about 18 months? Well that is something ventured by myself, Jolene Whiting. 
Since May 2022 I decided to ditch the TV, even though it was hard at first, it became easier. 

In our stimulating exploration, we'll uncover the hidden impacts of mainstream media, particularly television and radio, on our mental health. We unravel how these platforms can manipulate our dopamine and cortisol levels, triggering anxiety and depression. From my own experience, I share the surprising improvements in my mental well-being and even eyesight! We'll also shed light on the effects on children and how violence and horror are desensitized in films and TV shows.
