Description

The term YOLO means you only live once, how can we apply this term to how we eat. We want to enjoy life, live in the moment. But on the flip side there is plenty of things, labelled ad food which can do us harm. 

So how can we be mindful and present, but still enjoy and live life to the full, and at the same time respect our body. 

This topic is a mine field! It is important to find your own way with your food, as no one knows yourself better than you.
