I started "creating" this program in the Spring of 2023 but in reality, I have been creating this program for the last 4 years of my life.
Everything that has helped me in my life from hundreds of books, thousands of podcasts, my own coaching certifications, what I have learned from coaches, and what I have learned to improve my life is all packaged into this coaching program.
This coaching program is just one way in which I feel it is my responsibility to give back to those who could use it most.
