In this solo podcast I talk about the path of play towards awakening. I explore play and playfulness from a spiritual and personal growth lens.
I get into all the amazing ways play can support us on our expansion paths- including connecting us to the essence of our souls, helping us step into creatorhood, helping us express ourselves more, helping us be more present, helping us connect with our hearts, with other’s hearts, and helping us to elevate the pleasure we recieve.
I also discuss the reasons play can be a growth edge for some people and what they can discover on the other side of that growth edge. I then break down the "languages of play" and help folks see possible access points to access the magic of playful energy.
