When we endeavor to be healthy, many times we focus on weight and size. For valid reasons, when the desired weight is reached some forgo using the scale as a barometer, opting instead to use clothing size as indicator of changes with the body. For some though, size may not prove to be the best indicator of too much regression when slipping back into old habits.
