This podcast came to be in an unusual manner. I saw a clip online where Jay was being interviewed and he struck me as a very kind and open man given his terminal diagnosis. We connected through facebook and he quickly agreed to do an episode of my show. I wasn't even certain what I wanted to talk with him about but I thoroughly enjoyed our discussion. Despite a surprise mid-show reboot of my laptop, Jay was a patient man and stuck around so we could complete it. I'm very grateful for having met Jay and wish him all the best.
