Sarah Patterson is a mom of two, group fitness instructor and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist who meets moms where they're at in their fitness journeys. Her goal is to help moms thrive from the inside out by reclaiming their bodies in motherhood, rebuilding their core foundation, and empowering them to find ways to move their bodies that feel good.
In this episode we discuss how taking on the identity of “mom” never ends and how friendships can sometimes be impacted in motherhood. Sarah shares wonderful mantras to help you no matter what season of motherhood you find yourself in to become the best mom you can be.
