Inspiration Behind "Draw The Verse": "One verse that we were memorizing was Jeremiah 17 five nine, which talks about how when you trust in your own heart, you're like a bush in the desert and you're not growing and spiritually dying, but when you trust in the Lord, you are like a tree by the water, and how that's growing and bearing fruit no matter what the season."
— Julie Parido [00:05:25 → 00:05:44]

Interactive Learning Techniques: "I actually found that drawing to memorize things is actually one of the top memorization techniques."
— Julie Parido [00:07:36 → 00:07:41]

Enhancing Memory with Art: "So there's actually research to show that drawing really helps you remember things. So the example they gave, like, if you were trying to memorize a list of words, instead of, like, writing out the words or just going over it over and over in your head, like, actually drawing a picture of the words, like a chair or whatever, that would help you memorize it better."
— Julie Parido [00:07:55 → 00:08:13]

The Power of Scripture: "One of them being first Timothy 316 that talks about all scripture is God breathed. So this is literally my bible here. Like, this is God's word to us. And so that's important."
— Julie Parido [00:08:52 → 00:09:03]

Navigating Life's Challenges with Faith: "So if we're going to fight against the temptations of life, we really need to know what the Bible says."
— Julie Parido [00:09:38 → 00:09:44]

Challenges in Religious Education: "Yeah, I think memorizing scripture a lot of times just feels like, let's memorize scripture. It just feels kind of, like, heavy and want, you know, like, not necessarily the most boring when, you know, we want to play video games and play with friends and, you know, so it's not necessarily like, hey, kids, let's memorize scripture. And the kids aren't always saying, yay."
— Julie Parido [00:15:22 → 00:15:44]

Revolutionizing Family Activities: "So you really only need one book for the whole family to use indefinitely. Because once you run out of illustrations in the book, you can just print more and go through it a second time."
