Katie is a stay at home mom of 2 working 2 jobs. Without reinforcing her boundaries and practicing balance, she shares how she can fall off track. Katie shares her insight with us from her dad passing away and finding herself these past few years about what is truly important to her and how does she prioritize day to day knowing that every day is different.
She also shares how she educates her kids to set boundaries so that they can practice from as early as 2 years old expressing themselves and respecting others. I also share some teacher strategies such as the Zones of Regulation and associating feelings with colors for the little ones to better explain how they are feeling.
From the little ones to us adults- boundaries are important! Being present and aware of life as it is will help you realize where you should be prioritizing your time and energy.
