Sometimes the only person we can rely on is ourselves, and that’s not always a bad thing. When we look in the mirror, we see ourself. We see a HUMAN who deserves so much, yet we spend too much time comparing ourself to a world that requires us to be impossibly perfect or worrying about things that are actually letting fear win when we could have leaned into strength.

All this to say, you’re not alone. You are amazing and you have to start telling yourself these 5 things!!! 

  1. You are the most important person in your life.
  2. Take time to do something for yourself 1x a day.
  3. Get over whatever makes you feel uncomfortable so you can have the life you want. 
  4. Prioritize yourself and then the important things.
  5. Stop comparing yourself to others.
