Hey, everyone! I asked my fiance Ryan to come on again and talk about something that you all know is important to me- anxiety. I have experienced judgement because of my anxiety due to lack of understanding, lack of support from a partner, and honestly Ryan has been a life saver for me. He has truly been my rock through so much recently, and I figured who better than him to come on and talk about what it's like supporting your partner when their anxiety is high, low, or all over the place. 

Also, if you are someone who struggles and doesn't know HOW to ask for help, see if you can get any ideas from this on how to take the first steps to advocate for yourself, and know that YOU ARE NOT ALONE! I am a safe space as well if you don't have one, but I also want you to remember that you can do this and you can get better at recognizing what you need, and sometimes that means being there for yourself too.
