Jenny walks us through the pro's and con's of birth control, possible side effects that birth control can have, and how to prep your body to come off birth control (heads up - you aren't supposed to come off cold turkey! We were today years old when we learned this).
Jenny gives us some great advice on how to prevent pregnancy without birth control or condoms, as well as some simple things that you can start today to improve your sex hormones!
