- Tomorrow when you go through your day: See them and appreciate them before theyāre gone or have a clock on them
- And thatās not true: Everything kinda has a clock on it
Changes
- Everything in your life is always changing
- And thatās ok
- Super cheesy here but weāre doing it: The only constant is change
- We like changes
- Sometimes changes can hurt and make you sad
- Other changes make you even happier than you were before
- And in hindsight you say: I am so grateful this happened!
- And maybe one change really changed your whole life
- I invite you to take a moment here to really think about the last big change that happened in your life
- How did you feel before it
- And how did it turn out in the end?
- Where did it bring you to?
- How did you grow as a person?
- If you want, you can pause the podcast for a moment

- If you donāt like it change it
- If you canāt change it, accept it
- If you canāt accept it leave it

- Make an INFORMED DECISION and donāt base this on gut feeling
