On the spiritual journey, people often fear change. In truth, we all do to some varying degree in our lives. This requires us to release what we know and move into the unknown. Have you had to change recently? Interestingly, in a work setting, one of the preeminent voices on positivity in the workplace says, “People don’t fear change, but sudden change” because they fear they will lose credibility and be “off their game” because they don’t know what’s next….Simon Senek is that voice and he goes on to say that “compassion is key” to moving through change gracefully, as we realize not everyone feels comfortable moving at a fast pace. How are you with change? Do you put up walls? And self-sabotage by digging in? Or do you seek to grow and evolve? Remember that change is here to make you better - to cause growth and forward movement.
