Elizabeth Duncan-Hawker had to master the art of making and keeping friends at an early age. Today, her magnetism pulls acquaintances closer and puts strangers at ease. She loves to engage all types of people in conversation. Her bestseller book Collecting True Friends was divinely inspired to share proven methods so others can create and develop quality relationships.
In 2015, she founded the Red Hawk Strategic Solutions consulting company. Then in response to her client’s needs, Elizabeth created a life-changing interrelationship development program entitled Growth Networking. Today, businesses, sales teams, entrepreneurs, universities, and Boards, hire Elizabeth to learn these unique relationship growth strategies.

She holds a Bachelor's degree from Old Dominion University in Political science and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Strayer University. Additionally, Elizabeth was certified in the Psychology of Leadership from Cornell University in 2020.
