Giving praise and thanks for all the good in your life and world, puts you in the flow of the whole universe. Be empowered to take charge of the mental aspect of your life and include your emotional intelligence and awareness....as you give thanks and praise. The spiritual, emotional and physical will all work together to create a life of love, abundance and peace.
You may want to ask yourself: What am I giving my energy to? And be about that! It is so important to give your heart as you speak words of praise and affirmation. You are a blessing, dear friend. Many, many blessings on the journey!
