Sometimes spiritually, it can feel like we aren't moving forward or when we try to do our journaling and meditation, it feel like NOTHING IS HAPPENING. Of course this is the voice of the ego, but the bottom line is, there is ALWAYS SOMETHING HAPPENING. So the question becomes, ' What do I do when I can't feel it?' Well, you punch the clock. You do the work....ANYWAY.
When you do the work, you are saying to yourself and the universe:
I am worthy
I am good
I am holy
I am ready to receive all the good the universe has for me
I am at peace
God guides me and I am blessed.
