Self-love is a key to lifelong happiness and purpose. And although many of us were not taught this important concept, as you grow and develop on the spiritual journey, you will see that self-love is a gateway to the Divine.
The Divine presence lives in you and as you learn to love yourself, you will be a better person, more spiritual and bring more goodness into the world. Our goal with this episode is to support your spiritual growth as you develop the idea of asking yourself regularly, "Is this loving to myself?" This can be a great question!
