PJ sat in jail for six weeks for this charge, until the detective in charge of the case advised the district attorney to drop the charges. PJ was then handed TWENTY-FIVE years in prison for a non-aggravated offense in lieu of the wrongful aggravated offense, although he was told he would be getting probation, and even received drawn-up probation paperwork in the mail after he was sent to prison.
