We wrap up the episode to talk about the urgent issue of climate change, which we rebrand as a 'climate emergency.' We emphasize the importance of connecting the climate emergency to self-interest and economic opportunities. Gabby suggests that transitioning to green energy and achieving energy self-reliance can benefit the nation's economy and create jobs. Meanwhile, Ken reiterates the need for comprehensive messaging to mobilize voters, particularly the younger generation, deeply concerned about climate change and other pressing social and environmental issues.
