How your projections may be limiting you from speaking your truth as they can be taken as blame or attacks. Why self trust is crucial. To have a deep secure attachment to one’s self means you can hold yourself in your place and feel secure even if the other person doesn’t accept or see your truth. How surrendering after we speak our truth is the ultimate way to get into a flow of ease in a relationship. We don’t have to agree to each other’s perspective, we just need to acknowledge them-I see you and I don’t want you to hurt. How’s its magical to see what wants to emerge when we put it out there! There are two types of processing: top down which often describes the masculine. They have words but they are not attached to a feeling or emotion whereas the feminine tends to lean toward bottom up in which there’s a feeling and they have to try to figure out what the words to objectify that feeling. Top down processors need time to drop down into the body to feel what is happening. Bottom up processors need to feel safe while the are vulnerable in figuring out their emotions and how to respond.
When you are emotional you are dis-regulated and less resourceful. She suggests practicing techniques to calm and regulate yourself such as mantras, breathing techniques, calling in your guides and angels when you are not in distress so that when you are in a situation you can go to the strategy with more ease when you need to cope or work through an emotion. The world needs you in your full expression.
