Are you exhausted and giving it all away to everyone but yourself? In show four I am talking about where I am on my own list. I am so lonely herre at the bottom, I am saying self - It is time to rise up on my own list. It;s about me, just between me and me, I am making a contract to actually care about my own needs. What a silly way to push yourself and give it all away. we only can flow in the river if we are open and the river only flows if you keep it full.
