So many of us are on the dating scene; trying time and time again to put ourselves out there and find "the one." Although dating and being single can be endlessly fun and silly, it can also be really hard. On today's episode, Raw Intentions discusses rejection, heartache, and the ugly sides of the dating game. I've had countless experiences rejecting and being rejected throughout my life, but a recent experience had me turned sideways. I share my own recent experiences with the depths and heaviness that rejection involves, as well as things I did to navigate that temporary time in my life and come out on the other side. I also touch on how to be there for a friend when they're having sad girl hours, and how to know when you're ready to cannonball into the dating pool once more.
