This episode was inspired by a fellow fitness influencer that shares a similar view when it comes to health and fitness.  She recently shared her own fitness icks on social media, and this inspired me to share my own.

By now you know I am committed to helping women build a body-positive mindset around health and fitness.  Sadly, that is not the top priority in the fitness industry.
