Beckwith Bolle is the Principal Broker and Owner of Carter Braxton Preferred Properties, an independently owned and operated firm in historic Leesburg, Virginia. Beckwith has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004 and a licensed broker since 2010.
Beckwith is recognized as a leading advocate for private property rights, as well as legislative and industry issues affecting Realtors, with several national speaking credits. Having held several top leadership positions at Dulles Area Association of Realtors, (DAAR) and Virginia REALTORS®, (VAR) she has been instrumental in guiding these organizations at the local and state level in the areas of governance, finance and advocacy. In 2019 she served as the President of the Virginia Realtors, in 2021 as the Chair of NAR Meeting and Conference Committee, and in 2022 is the Virginia State RPAC Chairman.
She has worked in multiple areas of real estate including residential home sales, commercial sales and leasing, land sales, development and conservation. She has been recognized for exceptional business performance including being the recipient of several awards including: 2010 REALTOR® of the Year, Multi-Million Dollar Club, DAAR Honor Society, Omega Tau Rho, and DAAR Community Service Award multiple years.
