We had planned to do a few hikes and drive the southern scenic loop, but after hiking the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone (so beautiful) and Mud Volcano (so cool), we were nearing the southern entrance when we saw a sign saying “Grand Teton - 7 Miles.” Hayden and I looked at each other and almost simultaneously said, “Let’s go there!”
Our spontaneous time in the Tetons was short but oh so sweet. We did a hike along the shoreline and the views were spectacular. We stoped to admire those dreamy mountains time and time again.
