TRACE is committed to a proactive and comprehensive response to human trafficking through local investigations for missing youth and vulnerable persons, accountability assessments of systems impacting victim outcomes, and community empowerment. By providing accurate trafficking data, educational outreach, and connecting survivors with services and mentorship for interpersonal and life skills, TRACE fosters a safer, more informed community for all.
The purpose of TRACE’s Outreach Program is to conduct outreach to individuals at high risk of exploitation, including those experiencing homelessness and instability. Skip is the former head football coach at Boise State University. During 30 years in coaching, his teams went to 12 bowl games, including 3 Rose Bowls and the Orange Bowl.
