TRACE is committed to a proactive and comprehensive response to human trafficking through local investigations for missing youth and vulnerable persons, accountability assessments of systems impacting victim outcomes, and community empowerment. By providing accurate trafficking data, educational outreach, and connecting survivors with services and mentorship for interpersonal and life skills, TRACE fosters a safer, more informed community for all.

The purpose of TRACE’s Outreach Program is to conduct outreach to individuals at high risk of exploitation, including those experiencing homelessness and instability. Through interactions in shelters, public spaces, and other locations, TRACE seeks to identify, support, and empower individuals at risk. The program is designed to:

  1. Approach individuals in a respectful, non-intrusive manner to assess immediate needs.
  2. Collect relevant trafficking-related data for Idaho to better understand vulnerabilities and risk factors.
  3. Provide referrals to resources that mitigate risks of abuse or trafficking.
  4. Offer crisis financial assistance in specific situations to reduce victimization likelihood.


Game Plan For Life is a podcast and radio program hosted by Skip Hall. Tune in every Saturday morning on 94.1 FM at 10:00. And on KSPD AM 790 at 10:00 AM in the Boise, Idaho area. Skip is the former head football coach at Boise State University. During 30 years in coaching, his teams went to 12 bowl games, including 3 Rose Bowls and the Orange Bowl.

Through interviews with coaches, players, business and ministry leaders, Skip seeks to show the importance of having a game plan in order to succeed in all areas of life.
