As we move through the next 4-weeks, you might enjoy having a journal or notebook handy to get curious around these concepts for yourself.
It is not required, but it can be extremely meaningful to be able to learn yourself through writing (not to mention - it's really fun to look back to see how much you've shifted and embraced yourself over time!)
This week - our goal is to strengthen our awareness around what self-care means for us today.
Before we can create meaningful, lasting shifts in our lives...we need to become very aware of what exists for us in the present.

As you listen to this episode, you'll be led through 3 prompts:
>> How do I define self-care today?
>> When is the last time I felt connected to myself during a moment of self-care?
>> How often am I able to practice self-care based on my current definition?
Our takeaway prompt for this week is:
"If I could take one moment to care for myself this week, what would that moment be?"
Remember, this moment doesn't need to be a big one - let's lean into what it means to care for ourselves in a simple way and take one specific action towards that intention.
