Welcome to Part 4 of our Self-Care Exploration Series 🦋

Today, we're talking acceptance. In order to get where we want to go, one of the most crucial things for us to learn is accepting where we are while being optimistic about where we're headed (Spoiler Alert: this doesn't mean it always feels good, but that's okay - that's the beauty of being human).

This week - our goal is to become aware of how we treat ourselves on low-energy versus high-energy days. The truth is, when we aren't able to accept where we are, it greatly affects our ability to take action in our self-care intentions.
