Molly Downs-Stoller is a gay, Christian, Marriage and Family Therapist who lives in San Diego with her wonderful wife Sue and their dog Sir Andrew James. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego.
Molly talks with Joe about her growing up Catholic but entering the world of evangelicalism through a Southern Baptist church camp. She talks about the pain of coming into her sexuality, the loss of friends and community that came with that but the beauty and good fruit that met her on the other side.
