Hello friends!
Welcome to this week’s episode of the Wild Woman Reborn Podcast!

Kristina Driscoll, host of the She’s Brave podcast, shares her inspiring story of she stepped into her own courage to rise above incredible challenges and circumstances and follow her truth; to inspire women and create a space to share their stories of bravery.

Kristina has a beautiful story.  She met and married a man 24 years her senior, had a son together and found out when her son was 5 that he had early onset Alzheimers.  For 12 years she was both a caregiver to him and juggled the role of being a dedicated mother to her son.

She lived a life of giving and supporting her family and when her son got older and she ended up remarrying she realized she had an unsettled feeling.  She knew she was meant for more; that there was a new chapter for her.

She gave herself permission to start exploring what that something could be; as scary as it felt. She realized that on her caregiving journey she felt very alone and isolated.  She didn’t want to feel pulled into her past, but also didn’t want to live in the future and create anxiety.

So, she began exploring her strengths and through the brave act of asking others in her life what her strengths wore, she developed the awareness, confidence and bravery she had within her that lead her to be the woman she is today; not afraid to walk along her fears and be brave and bold and share her story and other inspiring stories with the world.

Kristina has guests on her She’s Brave podcast that demonstrate courage, bravery, and resilience in their lives.
