We can get so distracted by grief, by ALL OF THE THINGS we HAVE to do, by all of the balls we are juggling, that we don't leave time for ourselves.

Anxiety and fear can get the best of us and unfortunately we don't always know how to "correct" it, how to come back to ourselves.

This episode talks about a mindfulness trick to check in with ourselves on a daily basis. Because WE matter. And our well-being matters.
