The second episode in a two part workshop style series, Kim and Andrea continued to take you through an exercise called Wheel of Health. This tool, used by Andrea with her clients, it meant to guide you through an examination of eight different components that make up who you are, and then asks you to rate your satisfaction in each of these areas of your life.
