Description

Overwhelm is one of the biggest issues in the police and we hear it everywhere. We have been conditioned to think that the overwhelm comes from the work that we are doing and that when the workload has been reduced the overwhelm will go. I have learnt that it is the opposite way around. Overwhelm is created in our brains to stop us doing the uncomfortable work. We need to clear the overwhelm to be able to get the work done, not the other way around.

In this episode I will share my insights on why we feel overwhelm and share some tops on getting out of it.

Overwhelm is normal, when we understand it we can move through it and start becoming a productive machine!
