Jennifer is a Registered Social Worker, author, speaker and clinic director of Nourished Soul Therapy. She started a solo practice part time in 2019 and went into group practice in fall of 2022. She has one associate and one volunteer. Her first book, Making It to Monday, is a memoir about healing and post traumatic growth. Jennifer feels it is a vocation to work alongside people during their wellness journey and self exploration. She's honoured to work with clients as they learn to recognize their own resilience, strength and self-worth through life’s curveballs.
