Setting intentions is a practice rooted in psychology and mindfulness. Research suggests that setting clear intentions can help us clarify  goals, increase motivation, and enhance performance. By setting an intention, you are essentially training your brain to cooperate with you in the way you want to show up in the world.

In this episode, I share my process of setting intentions, in response to one of the questions I received last week about how to set the right intention - to be personal,  effective, powerful and true.
