There is a difference between evaluating actions and evaluating personal worth. We can learn from our mistakes and grow as individuals by assessing our efforts. However, evaluating our worth by any of the things that are apparent values of culture - appearance, status, relationships, popularity - can threaten our well-being and put us out of alignment with what is true. 

There are things you can do right away to begin to boost your sense of self-worth and ensure that you value yourself like you ought to be valued—as a full, complete, and wonderful human being who is deserving of love and respect, no matter what.


You are fearfully and wonderfully made. May your soul know it full well as you go out every day and default to YES - Your Extraordinary Self.
