This is a perfect opportunity to take in your surroundings. And to connect with the body. We spend so much of our time disconnected from the world around us.
This is an exercise designed to help us come out of our heads and into our bodies. By bringing our attention to our bodies. We start to notice a little bit of what's going on around us. We start to feel more present. And we begin to feel more present. The mind starts to calm down a bit. So grab your coffee or your tea. Or drink of choice. And join me on this short walk.
The nice thing is, is that you can do this at home, taking a break, or you can do this at work. You don't have to walk at a particular pace. Whatever is most comfortable for you.
I hope you enjoy your mindful walk. I encourage you every time that you get up to move today, to notice the connection between your feet. And the earth beneath you. as you go throughout your day to default to your extraordinary self.
