Dean is a former MiLB pitcher with 5 arm surgeries under his belt. Fueled by his desire to finally get healthy, Dean spent 7 years at Driveline Baseball working in the Pitching, Strength and Conditioning, Physical Therapy, and R&D departments focused on improving the industry's approach to player development. As the Director of Special Projects at Driveline, Dean focused in on using biomechanics to map the kinetic chain in the pitching motion, revamped the industry standard return to throw protocol, and applied S&C concepts to throwing programs to increase athlete performance improvements.
