Exercise and fitness is different for everyone and everyone has different reasons for why they train.
But no matter what your reason I can quite cofidently say that when you train/exercise, you tend to eat better, sleep better, behave better, form better habits and all round become a better human.
You dont need to go to the gym and be a gym bro to feel the benefits of exercise so if its not something you already implement every day, the time to start is now :)
