Many of us have spent our entire lives focusing on what other people want and what we think we “have to” do. In the midst of all that, often we lose the ability to recognize what WE truly want…not to mention actually choosing to DO it. This is one of the reasons we end up feeling burned out, overwhelmed, and unfulfilled.
