Next time you notice yourself feeling resentful or angry, complaining about it, spending time trying to think of ways to make them change…Take a quick break and ask yourself these Power Questions:
If I assume they will never change…
✨What are my options?
✨How can I take care of myself?
✨What do I want most?
Take a listen to hear more about why this works so well, and what to do with the answers you find!
(Don’t worry, the point here isn’t that you can never be annoyed again, or that you “should” stop wishing for them to change. The point is just to spend some of that energy on taking care of YOU instead of focused on them.)
